2. Prices and payment conditions

The prices listed at the time the order is placed apply. All prices include the legally VAT. Goal4life/SEBEVA ApS takes certain reservations for typos, price changes and sold-out or discontinued products. You can pay for your purchases in the Goal4life/SEBEVA ApS online shop using a credit card, whereby your credit card details will not be stored. An amount equalling the value of your order will be reserved. The amount will only be deducted when your order leaves the warehouse. Goal4life/SEBEVA ApS abide by international guidelines for internet trade.

3. Delivery and shipping charges

Goal4life/SEBEVA ApS offers free shipping to all countries within EU. In must cases the delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days from receipt of order. However, delivery can take longer as we work with external logistics partners. We kindly ask for your understanding. Delivery is made through UPS to all EU countries except for Denmark.

4. Return policy

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You can return all articles purchased from the Goal4life/SEBEVA ApS online shop within 14 days of receipt. Please send the articles as a registered letter or as a ‘parcel with return receipt’ to the following address and keep the dispatch receipts for any potential queries.

Please note that articles must be completely returned to us with their original packaging. This should protect the goods against damage during transport. Please use the enclosed return sticker for your return, which includes our return address. The freight costs for returning the parcel are yours. For the purpose of continually improving our service, it is particularly important that you provide us with the reason why you are returning the goods. Please fill out this return form to ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible. In the case you have already paid, we will credit the amount to your credit card account. Please note that postal returns can take several days, and that we require a certain amount of time to process returns. Please note that the supplied goods must be only examined – comparable with trying them on in a regular store. Should the goods be damaged as a result of further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.

Goal4life/SEBEVA ApS provides, according to law of purchase, 2 years of right to claim from the date of invoice. It covers factory errors and material insufficiency. Right of claim does not cover mistakes, damages or articles that has been caused directly or indirectly as of misuse or poor maintenance. Possible claim of delivered products should be made to Goal4life/SEBEVA ApS within a reasonable time of discovery of said flaws.
